It is said that CEO’s are made in B-schools and here is an event to prove the saying. So all those
who believe that they will be CEO’s in future, come, be and prove your mettle like one.
The Ultimate Erudite will be the one who formulates the best strategy, executes it effectively and remains undeterred while facing the unforeseen circumstances. It is a platform where you get a chance to apply all your managerial skills along with the conviction to succeed in the corporate world.

Stage 1
There will be a quiz of 60 questions to be attempted in 20 minutes. 15 people will be shortlisted.
The quiz will be based on general awareness of the corporate sector and current happenings in
the world. This round will be online.

Stage 2
Case analysis: It will be based on strategic management and finance. A written document will
be taken from each participant. The lead time would be one day. The submission will be
followed by presentation and interjections.

Stage 3
Media Management: Each one of the 15 participants will have to act as a renowned business
personality while rest 14 will represent the media in round robin fashion. Each participant will be asked 14 questions from the media representatives. The participant will be evaluated both for
their answers as well as the questions they put to others.

General Guidelines:
• Entries are invited from individuals.
• Stage 1 is an elimination round.
• Stage 2 and stage 3 are cumulative rounds and the weight age will be 50% each.
• Presentation for case in stage 2 should be no more than 10 minutes.
• Format for case analysis:
o Font Size: 12
o Font Type: Times New Roman
o Line Spacing: 1.5
The decision of the judges will be final and binding on all the participants.
Personalities will be disclosed one day in advance.
